"We can’t say enough great things about Kaitlyn, The Pet Nanny — or in our house “the hero”! We haven’t had a puppy in over 16 years and had forgotten so many of the basics of puppy training. That coupled with a very energetic puppy and 2 aging doggy parents, we needed help. Kaitlyn has been amazing. We accompany her on her daily walks with Eliza, and have learned so much ourselves. But walking along with them also allows us to be consistent in our walking/training techniques when we’re walking without Kaitlyn to reinforce the behaviors. We encourage anyone with a new puppy to do the same.
